We are not going to correct them by studying grammar. We are going to correct them by doing "task based learning". You are going to do some of your work activities in English, in class and for homework. You are not going to do these work activities in English at work. You are going to do them in class and for homework. These activities will be repeated and each time you will do better and better. You will see your progress and you will be doing things that you may have to do in real life with your current employer or in another employment context.

PART 1
The homework idea was interesting but not useful. Let's see, these are the specific issues that we need to work on.
(1) catching ALL the words that someone says (and not merely guessing)
(2) comprehension of all the words that someone says
(3) expressing yourself clearly in natural English, both spoken and written
This week we have only 2 classes scheduled: on Tuesday and Thursday. Humm...I don't feel that we accomplished a lot. The reason for homework is to give this project more time, but it doesn't seem that you don't have time for homework.
Let me check my schedule for this week, 6:30-7:00
I know you are booked for Tuesday and Thursday. I will check now to see if I have any weekdays free this week in this time slot.
Monday? No, I have a class from 6-7AM
Tuesday is booked with you from 6:30-7AM

Friday! I am NOW available on Friday February 2 6:300-7AM
In fact, this Friday February 2, I have no classes from 6AM to 8AM!
Are interested in an additional class this week on Friday February 2? It is not part of the package that you paid for, but I now have availability. Let me know as soon as possible if you want to meet for 30 minutes at 6AM, 6:30AM, or 7:00AM.
